Mr. Spinelli is a Director in Navigant's global Construction practice. He has significant professional experience in construction project analysis and dispute resolution. Mr. Spinelli's experience includes project scheduling, schedule delay analysis, errors and omissions reviews, productivity analysis, disputed extra work reviews, construction cost accounting and damages quantification. In addition to providing dispute resolution services in connection with negotiations, mediation and arbitration, Mr. Spinelli provides owner's representative services on various construction projects. Mr. Spinelli has proactively monitored the progress of contractors against project baseline schedules and schedule updates, reviewed contractor change order requests for reasonableness and negotiated the equitable resolution of changes in project scope.
