Ian is a Director in the Public Services practice of Navigant and a Quantity Surveyor with 45 years in the construction industry. His particular expertise is in contract procurement, project management, commercial management, contract negotiation, forensic analysis, claims preparation and dispute resolution. He spent 10 years, latterly as Commercial Director, on the £5bn Channel Tunnel project.
Recently, he was Navigant's lead Director for 3 years on the London 2012 Olympics project where he managed the procurement of contracts for £1.8bn of infrastructure works.
He is now leading a Navigant team as BSF Project Director on the London Borough of Hackney’s £200m redevelopment of it's schools.
