Christopher Sicuranza is a Director in Navigant's Financial Services practice. With over 13 years of experience providing consulting services to mortgage finance, government and banking organizations, Mr. Sicuranza specializes in providing solutions that help clients optimize the use of financial and operational information to improve profitability, minimize risk capital and address regulatory requirements. He is a proven engagement leader with the ability to manage large complex projects in risk management, operations effectiveness, data quality and reporting, process transformation and accounting.
Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, Mr. Sicuranza was with Deloitte and Touche’s Enterprise Risk Services practice. Recently, Mr. Sicuranza was engaged by a client to identify and evaluate the operational risks of a loan modification program.
