Mr. Rugeley is a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice. He has over thirty-five years of experience in process and project management, electronic discovery and systems consulting and financial business management. He has directed discovery services management for many large scale litigation cases, including electronic data collection, planning and supervision of document review and collection and providing control over productions. Mr. Rugeley also has extensive experience in implementation of claims processing systems. He was responsible for the implementation of two large claims processing systems to gather claims information, track claimant processing and process claims payments to recipients. This responsibility included systems design, development and implementation.
