Mr. Rubin is a Director with Navigant Capital Advisors, focusing on the Restructuring segment, where he assists clients in executing financial and operational restructurings. Matt has experience working with senior secured creditors, unsecured creditors, boards of directors and company management in the turnaround of troubled companies. Matt develops restructuring initiatives to improve operations, profitability, and liquidity; prepares analyses on the restructuring of debt/ equity capital; and manages the disposition of assets.
Prior to joining Navigant Capital Advisors, Mr. Rubin was VP of Finance at Protocol Marketing Group, responsible for corporate finance and accounting functions and Treasury Manager at Universal Access.com responsible for fixed-income investments, acquisitions and cash management. Mr. Rubin started his career as finance consultant in the health and group benefits practice at Hewitt Associates, responsible for financial reporting, forecasting/budgeting and variance analysis for Fortune 500 companies.
