Paul has been working in Financial Services for 20 years providing consulting, deal advice, outsourcing and other professional services to the UK, Europe and US financial markets. Specialising in crafting business partnership arrangements, Paul has designed and delivered many successful outsourcing deals, joint ventures, and alliances - gaining two top awards by the MCA for outsourcing in financial services. Paul was a founding force behind Navigant's Investment Management practice and also established Navigant's benchmarking and performance improvement services. Paul's time outside work is spent at home in the Cotswolds with his wife and 3 young boys, encouraging their interest in his own passions of skiing, sailing and country life.
