Erik Post, Managing Director, is the Technology Solutions Segment Leader for Navigant and is based in Chicago. Mr. Post specializes in traditional E-Discovery, financial and enterprise system implementation/discovery and risk advisory services. He has over 23 years of experience in consulting, data center design/development, information systems development, financial system design and finance department policy/procedure development. Mr. Post has been responsible for various engagements, including the program management office (“PMO”) for a PeopleSoft implementation at a Fortune 500 company, development of productivity dashboards, collections for custodians across multiple foreign jurisdictions, monetary asset tracing and document review.
In addition to this, his experience includes systems architecture, financial systems management, performance analysis, and re-engineering the general accounting operation functions of organizations. He has been instrumental in developing new financial reporting and budgeting tools for the finance and treasury departments. He has extensive experience performing detailed financial analysis for litigation support, including significant document management/review assignments.
Mr. Post also has significant experience in general accounting and bankruptcy administration, preference (avoidance action) collection efforts, and acting as a claims, balloting and notice agent. He has designed various financial modeling tools (i.e., insurance allocation systems, bankruptcy claims management, asbestos claims management, etc.).
Mr. Post has testified in various eDiscovery, Bankruptcy, Claims Management and Asbestos related matters.
Prior to joining Navigant, Mr. Post held several senior management positions with prominent national consulting firms.
