Nicholas Pollard is a Managing Director and leads the global Construction practice for EMEA.  Nick’s experience includes the development, funding, construction and operations of major capital programmes in the civil engineering, utility network and transport sectors.

-- CEO, Bovis Lend Lease UK, successfully leading business turnaround, delivering complex projects including PFI schemes.

-- Director, Railtrack/Network Rail, responsible for the efficient safe operations, maintenance, and capital works across >3000 miles of network; improving efficiency of the £20bn. enhancement programme.

-- Nick advises UK Government, appointed as Independent Investment Programme Advisor (IIPAG) for TfL, to the Secretary of State for Transport and London Mayor. He is Chair of the Cabinet Office Efficiency & Reform TaskGroup covering Procurement/Lean Client Process for construction.
