Brad is a Director in our Disputes & Investigations practice and specializes in complex data analysis to help clients transform data into information. He has extensive experience in the development of database models to analyze transactional and customer data from large corporate databases, often integrating data from multiple client systems and publicly available sources.
Brad is skilled in data acquisition and validation, database design and maintenance, complex query construction, custom programming, report generation and application development. He has testified in federal and state courts and has performed analyses for clients in numerous business disputes, including consumer class actions, contract disputes, tax controversy, patent infringement claims, and other commercial litigation matters. These disputes cover a variety of industries, including professional services, telecommunications, computer hardware and software, consumer products, financial services, and transportation industries.
