Ms. Petouhoff is a Director in the Healthcare practice. She has lead numerous revenue cycle projects including cash acceleration, front end redesign and back end process improvement.
Prior to joining Navigant, Ms. Petouhoff held positions of increasing responsibility in both the Managed Care and Medicare areas of healthcare claims and referrals. At the Northern California region of California’s largest group model HMO, she managed the operations of outside referral claims processing as well as designing, testing, training, implementing and maintaining the in-house software used for these activities.
