Mr. Park brings extensive experience in assisting Fortune 500 clients and global law firms with challenges in leveraging information technology in complex event-driven and regulatory matters. Mr. Park is skilled in applying business intelligence, data management and data analytics best practices to help global commercial enterprises in distressed situations. He assists these clients with financial reporting, and reconciling complicated accounting issues across disparate data sources.
He also advises on litigation support and electronic discovery involving the collection, analysis and reporting of electronically stored information (ESI). Working in commercial disputes, investigations, and regulatory actions, his specialty is helping companies in increasingly regulated industries subject to oversight for fraud, waste, and abuse including financial services, healthcare, and the Federal Government. He also leads custom application development of solutions-focused platforms that provide enhanced visual reporting and information access. Given his knowledge across the technology spectrum in litigation, he has supported expert testimony and complaint filings with his analysis and findings.
