Mike O'Keefe is a Director in the Construction practice's Healthcare Real Estate group. Since 1985, Mr. O'Keefe has played an integral role in the planning, development, financing, leasing, acquisition, asset management, and financial analysis of over $1 billion of healthcare projects throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining Navigant, he was a Vice President of Development and a Principal of AMDC Corporation. He has also served as President and Founder of Medical Realty Associates and Vice President of Project Management and Leasing and for Universal Medical Buildings.

Mr. O'Keefe is a published author on healthcare project planning, financing and development matters, and is a featured speaker on related issues.
