Alan Mustacchi is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group of Navigant Capital Advisors, where he co-heads the Energy & Infrastructure Services and Debt Capital Markets groups.
Prior to joining Navigant Capital Advisors, Mr. Mustacchi was a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking group of BNP Paribas where he led a team of professionals responsible for the origination, structuring and underwriting of syndicated bank loans, mezzanine, bridge loans, high yield and equity co-investments in private equity sponsored leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancings.
Over his career, Mr. Mustacchi has completed more than 60 transactions totaling more than $8 billion in a variety of industries, including energy and infrastructure services, manufacturing, building products, distribution and logistics, specialty retail, consumer products and food & beverage.
Mr. Mustacchi is co-author of the Energy Quarterly Dialogue, which contains news, metrics, analysis and trends impacting select companies in the Navigant Capital Advisors energy universe. The four energy segments include: Energy Assets and Services; Oil and Gas Refining and Marketing; Oil and Gas Transportation and Storage; and Independent Power Producers (IPPs)/Merchant Generators.
