In addition to damages assessments, Mr. Murphy has provided testifying and consulting expert services on fraudulent transfers and preferences, insolvency assessments, fraud and forensic accounting investigations, indicia of alter ego, indicia/badges of fraud, auditor malpractice liability, and business valuations matters. He has testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts, arbitrations and Bankruptcy Court.
