Robert Mroz is a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice. He is responsible for directing engagements related to commercial litigation matters, business valuations, investigative analyses, construction matters and other business disputes, as well as testifying in such matters when necessary. Mr. Mroz has worked in financial and accounting areas of business and consulting for over 20 years. Mr. Mroz has performed several business functions and consulting assignments, which experience includes consulting on matters involving business valuation, investigative accounting, and litigation consulting. As part of his professional experience, Mr. Mroz has provided expert testimony in Federal, State and Bankruptcy courts, as well as in arbitration. Mr. Mroz also has experience acting in the capacity as a Treasurer for non-profit and other organizations.
