As a Managing Director in the Healthcare practice, Nathan Mowery has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. His career focus is assisting his clients with strategic and tactical planning, business planning and development, managed care strategies, and contract negotiations.
Mr. Mowery has facilitated the strategic planning process for large and small physician practices, developed multiple business plans for joint ventures between hospitals and physicians, and facilitated physician practice acquisitions by hospitals. His experience also includes strategic planning for hospitals of various sizes; development of managed care strategies; payer negotiations for specialty hospitals, physician practices, and other healthcare providers, and medical staff development. Most recently, he has been actively involved in negotiations using multiple tactics to bring hospitals and physicians together in more meaningful and mutually beneficial ways.
Mr. Mowery is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana, and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He currently is on the Board of the Indiana Health Executives Network (the ACHE organization for the State of Indiana) and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
