David Moes co-leads the firm-wide Disputes and Investigations practice. He has extensive consulting experience in forensic investigations, commercial litigation, antitrust matters, tax litigation and complex damage analysis and modeling. Mr. Moes also has professional associations with the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Illinois CPA Society and the American Bar Association as well as Civic Board Affiliations with the Court Theatre at the University of Chicago as a member of the Executive Committee, and the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Chicago, serving as Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee.
