Tim Mitchell is Head of Insurance for Navigant Europe and is a Director within Navigant's Financial Services Practice. Tim specialises in advising clients in relation to the setting of strategic business direction, operational excellence, large scale programme delivery and sourcing advisory services. Tim has been at the forefront of developing Navigant's Operational Effectiveness proposition to the financial services market and has also lead large programmes of change to deliver major client improvement in this field.
