Todd Menenberg is a Managing Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice. He has been an expert witness in more than 100 matters in over 40 different U.S. courts. Some key engagements include leading the FDIC investigation of the Whitewater matter and the former President and Mrs. Clinton (which included testimony to the US Senate Whitewater Banking Committee); assisting the Independent Committee in tracing of Nazi gold historically through Swiss banks; and helping the State of Alaska with damages from the Exxon Valdez oil spill. He also analyzed economic issues related to the national $206 billion settlement between the States and Big Tobacco, and assisted California in economic analyses regarding illegal aliens and Proposition 187.
