Peter McDonald is a nationally respected practitioner with over 30 years of government contracting and consulting experience.
Mr. McDonald is a retired US Army JAG officer with a career in procurement. He has worked for three of the "Big Four" public accounting firms. As an expert witness in government contract litigation, he has testified both for and against the US Government. He has authored numerous articles on government contract topics and is a frequent guest speaker. He teaches government cost accounting and government contract audits in the George Washington University Government Contracts Program, and has authored several textbooks.
He serves on the board of advisors for the BNA Federal Contracts Report and the Thomson West Cost, Pricing & Accounting Report. He is the recipient of the Boards of Contract Appeals Bar Association Life Service Award.
