Kelly A. McDermott is an Associate Director in the Construction practices Healthcare Real Estate group. Ms. McDermott has expertise in development management, feasibility studies, marketing and leasing, schedule analysis, cost controls, budgeting, and cost segregation for investors, lenders, and users of real estate. Her clients include healthcare organizations, attorneys, and corporations.
Prior to Navigant, Ms. McDermott was part of the Global Corporate Services team at CB Richard Ellis where she provided account management services for global clients. She was also part of the Construction Advisory practice at Ernst and Young where she performed job cost analyses, cost segregation studies, valuations, and benchmarking analyses for various property types across the United States.
