Kreg McCollum is a Director in Navigant's Energy practice, with more than 20 years of experience as a resource economist and consultant to the electric power and water supply industries. His wide array of financial and economic experience includes the assessment of the financial, operational and economic feasibility of projects, policies and management decisions; due diligence related to public and private financing of capital projects; market analysis; service pricing theory applications, economic and commodity forecasting, and; economic impact analysis of current and future conditions. He frequently prepares pro forma projections and sensitivity analyses to determine the financial feasibility of new capital projects, facility acquisitions and system rehabilitations. He also provides clients with analysis of power plant or project financial performance within specified markets and assists clients with regulatory support, financial community interaction and litigation damages analysis. In addition to possessing an exceptional analytical background, he provides clients with a strong presence in the presentation and defense of findings in the litigation, regulatory, and financial arenas. Mr. McCollum has successfully led, or played a key role in, the financial and operational due diligence supporting the issuance of over $20 billion in project-specific revenue bonds.
