Dr. Martin is a statistician with experience in a range of analytical methodologies for dispute resolution, litigation support and operational performance measurement. Previously, he taught statistics at the University of Michigan and worked in the corporate offices of the Detroit Medical Center. His consulting services for clients in the healthcare industry address payments under Medicare and Medicaid programs, worker's compensation and other federal and state programs, and private contracts between payers and providers. He also consults with healthcare clients to construct and test statistics related to performance benchmarks in order to improve their operations or to defend their compliance with contractual terms.
