Rob Maher is a Director on the Business Development team in Navigant's Dallas office. Rob focuses his efforts on market facing activities in Texas with an emphasis on disputes, investigations, and e-discovery services. Rob prides himself on bringing solutions to clients and their counsel, both at law firms and corporate legal department. Rob uses his past experience of 10 years in litigation support to advise counsel in identifying and selecting the right expert or investigation team member to assist clients. More specifically, Rob focuses on complex commercial litigation matters related to breach of contract, securities, patent infringement, internal investigations and business interuption. Rob also focuses on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance and investigations, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigations.
