Mr. Loew is a Director in the Global Construction practice, and has more than 29 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 26 years in the avoidance, mitigation, management and resolution of complex, multi-party litigation on public and private construction projects.
His background in engineering coupled with his legal insight and broad-based experience enable him to perform and manage complex projects and organizations as well as provide a valuable strategic perspective in the evaluation and avoidance of construction claims. He has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual agreements and dispute-related documents, as well as in litigation strategy/support and trial preparation. He is an accomplished speaker on construction related issues having lectured at numerous seminars.
