Marcel Lisi is a Director in the Healthcare practice, and has worked in healthcare consulting and hospital administration for over 20 years. In her work as a cardiac and peripheral vascular consultant, she focuses on cost reduction, quality improvement, and service line development. She has assisted hospitals and medical practices across the United States, working with cardiologists, cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, and interventional radiologists. One of her focus areas is identifying for clients the significant untapped opportunity that exists in the development of a multidisciplinary peripheral vascular center.
