Mr. Kuperschmid is a Managing Director in the Financial Services practice and leads the US Insurance team. With 25 years of consulting experience, Mr. Kuperschmid assists Life Insurance, Annuities, and Retirement Services companies in the areas of operational and IT transformation. His areas of expertise include operational excellence, risk and control alignment, abandoned property reviews, service provider selection and management, change management and IT implementation.
As part of the firm-wide training committee, Mr. Kuperschmid helped launch the firm's Project Management Professional certification and Six Sigma training programs. Mr. Kuperschmid also serves on the firm’s Employee Engagement Committee.
