As a Managing Director in the Healthcare practice, focusing on the the Supply Chain segment, Caroline Kolman brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain process improvement and strategic sourcing. As a project director, she structures effective project teams and plans, identifies and manages risks, and designs strategies and activities to produce positive organizational change. She produces tangible cost savings for her clients by identifying new products and alternate sources, renegotiating contracts, developing vendor management strategies, and analyzing and adjusting utilization.
