Mike Kennelly has served in leadership roles (in litigation, restructuring and valuation groups) in international accounting and specialty consulting firms throughout much of his twenty-five year career. He focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation (especially bankruptcy, valuation and solvency-related matters); complex financial and accounting investigations, especially due to financial frauds, bankruptcies and accounting restatements; and international tax controversies, including on transfer pricing, intellectual property transfer and criminal tax matters. He has provided expert valuation, damages, accounting and financial testimony before arbitration panels and in Federal and State jurisdictions, including U.S. Bankruptcy Court and U.S. Tax Court.
