Kathi Kedrowski is a Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice and is a nationally recognized expert in intellectual property matters.
With over 20 years experience, Ms. Kedrowski performs a variety of economic, business and financial analyses on behalf of clients in intellectual property, licensing and other disputes as well as advises clients on the strategic use of intellectual assets. She has testified as a damages and licensing expert in both Federal and State court as well as before arbitration tribunals.
Ms. Kedrowski is a frequent speaker and author on topics involving intellectual property. She recently was elected to the editorial board of the Journal of Accountancy, and is continuing her 3-year term on the Forensics and Valuation committee of the AICPA. Ms. Kedrowski is also an active member of the Licensing Executive Society, serving on the Certified Licensing Professional Marketing and Outreach committee.
