Mr. Jones is a Managing Director of Navigant, with significant expertise in the analysis and administration of mass tort claims, especially in situations involving asbestos claims. He has provided consulting services to clients related to the analysis of claims data; the allocation of costs to insurance coverage; and the development and implementation of claim processing procedures and systems. He has experience working in various litigation settings including bankruptcy matters, insurance coverage cases, personal injury cases, and class action settlements. He has provided expert and fact testimony at both deposition and trial.
