Anne Jacobs is a Managing Director in the Healthcare practice. Ms. Jacobs has extensive experience in healthcare program design, implementation and management, as well as in healthcare policy and analysis with government and private payers and providers.
She specializes in managed care and oversight of healthcare payers and providers, and in the design, implementation, ongoing operation, monitoring and evaluation of Medicaid managed care programs. Ms. Jacobs also specializes in assisting payers, particularly managed care organizations, to identify opportunities to improve their operations, to implement such improvements and to develop and execute market entry and exit strategies. Ms. Jacobs has directed and continues to direct engagements that involve large consulting teams working within a fixed contract budget.
