Albert "Chad" W. Hutchison IV

Mr. Hutchison is a Managing Director and the Project Advisory Services Leader of the Americas in the Atlanta office in the Global Construction Practice of Navigant.

Over the past twenty years, Mr. Hutchison has developed highly specialized skills in estimating, scheduling, cost analysis, project management, project controls, and dispute resolution for a wide range of complex construction issues. During this time, Mr. Hutchison has had direct responsibility for the management and evaluation of numerous infrastructure, institutional, commercial, and industrial projects. He has assisted with the negotiation of numerous disputes and testified in legal proceedings as an expert on scheduling, efficiency, quantification of damages, and a host of other topics relating to custom and usage.
