Mr. Huber is a Director with Navigant Capital Advisors, focusing on the Restructuring segment. He assists clients in executing financial and operational restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Jack has experience working with senior secured creditors, unsecured creditors, boards of directors and company management in the turnaround of troubled companies. Jack has assisted management in developing restructuring initiatives to improve operations, profitability, and liquidity; performed analyses on the restructuring of capital and assisted in the disposition of assets; prepared and assessed complex financial projections and business plans.
Mr. Huber has held Chief Restructuring Officer and Trustee positions in leading distressed organizations and liquidating assets. Jack's experience includes automotive, construction, consumer and business services, healthcare, hedge funds, manufacturing, media and entertainment, and professional sports franchises. During the past five years, Jack has restructured or divested over $30 billion of assets.
Formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Standard & Poor's and Deloitte and Touche, Jack has managed audits of public and private companies and worked on hundreds of valuation assignments in the construction, entertainment and media, manufacturing and professional sports sectors.
