Jack Huber serves as a Managing Director of the Restructuring practice of Navigant Capital Advisors, assisting clients in executing financial and operational restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience working with private equity, hedge funds, senior secured creditors, unsecured creditors, boards of directors and company management in the turnaround of troubled portfolios and companies. His expertise includes developing and executing restructuring initiatives to improve operations, profitability, and liquidity; negotiation and execution of capital restructurings; and the negotiation and execution of asset divestitures including the sale of whole companies, esoteric assets and business units. During the past five years, Jack has restructured or divested over $30 billion of assets.
Mr. Huber has managed hundreds of millions of distressed assets in a fiduciary capacity serving as Chief Restructuring Officer, Fund Manager and Liquidating Trustee for troubled hedge funds with illiquid assets, under-performing operating businesses and significant associated litigation.
Formerly with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Standard & Poor's and Deloitte and Touche, Jack has managed audits of public and private companies and valuation assignments across a wide variety of industries.
