Ms. Hoover is a Managing Director on Navigant's Business Development Team. While at Navigant, she has performed delivery of engagements, as well as account management at key clients in the financial services industry. Her management consulting experience at Navigant has spanned banking, investment management and insurance sectors of financial services. Lee Ann has over 20 years of consulting and general management experience in customer facing roles helping clients with transformation initiatives related to information technology, business process management, technology strategy and business operations. Ms. Hoover is experienced at leading strategy and planning efforts, deploying complex technology and business process management efforts, and introducing emerging technologies.
Prior to Navigant, Lee Ann was a Director of Enterprise Customer Relationship Management for a large financial services provider, formerly a Group Vice President at CCC Information Services Inc., and spent 14 years in Big Four consulting. During her career at Navigant, Ms. Hoover has been a frequent contributor to industry periodicals such as, Banking Systems & Technology, Insurance Networking News, Insurance & Technology and Bank Investment Consultant. She has also been a speaker at conferences for BISA (Banking Insurance Securities Association). Lee Ann currently serves on the boards of the College of Business Alumni Association - University of Illinois, and the Chicago Finance Exchange.
