Mr. Hitt is a Managing Director in the Valuation practice of Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC. His experience includes leading engagements involving some of the largest acquisitions to-date in the banking, thrift, brokerage, insurance and merchant processing sectors.
In addition to his valuation experience, Richard has advised numerous community banks on shareholder value issues. His financial advisory experience includes buy and sell-side assistance in banking, mortgage banking, insurance brokerage and professional services firms as well as rendering fairness opinions in almost all of the sectors of the financial services industry.
Mr. Hitt is a frequent speaker to industry groups and has provided expert witness testimony on valuation issues in Tax Court, dissenting shareholders rights cases and arbitration cases.
