Mr. Hepworth is a Managing Director in the Financial Services practice. Martin's areas of expertise are outsourcing projects and large scale programme management of Blue Chip Financial services companies.
Located in the United Kingdom, Martin began his career at Andersen Consulting after graduating from Cambridge University with a degree in Modern and Medieval languages. Working exclusively in Financial Services, he later joined Troika in 1998, and worked within the Life and Pensions practice. Since Troika's acquisition by Navigant in 2007, Martin has taken up the role of Business Sponsor to Navigant Europe's HR function alongside his consulting commitments.
