Saul is a Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice and provides support in investigations, litigation and compliance integration matters involving life sciences companies.

Saul's experience includes the development and implementation of global healthcare compliance programs, support of clients through deferred Prosecution Agreements and Corporate Integrity Agreements, auditing and monitoring of healthcare compliance programs, support of outside counsel through complex litigation matters including off-label promotion, clinical data management and disclosure and fraud and abuse (False Claims Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act). In addition Saul has conducted risk assessments and remediation of manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, marketing and sales departments including the development and implementation of Risk MAPs (Risk Minimization Action Plans).
