Mr. Harris is a Managing Director in the Healthcare practice. He assists state agencies nationwide with the development of health care reform initiatives, Medicaid program development and implementation, long term and behavioral health care integration, school-based health care expansions and related expert witness testimony for the past 20 years.
Mr. Harris has authored publications, and frequently speaks at national conferences on the future impact of health care reform initiatives and demonstrations.
