Donald Harker is a Director with the Energy practice. His professional career spans more than 20 years in the energy industry. He has extensive experience in the development of new product offerings including GIS, enterprise wide energy monitoring and control systems, and energy billing and benchmarking software. He led numerous projects involving cost allocation, demand reduction incentives, performance benchmarking, power plant operations, asset management reliability analysis and asset valuation and privatization. He has led the firm's efforts in understanding uses of Broadband over Powerline Technology for the utility industry. He also has experience in nuclear power plant operations and emergency planning.
