Mr. Grossman is a Director in the Financial Services practice and located in the New York office. He has over 20 years of consulting experience in the insurance and technology industries, with extensive experience in strategic and tactical consulting, account management, delivery, project implementation, program management, IT, business management and business development. He is experienced with both products and services for property & casualty insurers, life & annuity insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers and agencies.
His technology experience includes traditional enterprise software systems and product-related services, plus non-traditional software products (e.g. frameworks) and non-product related services (e.g. consulting services). Mr. Grossman assists clients in the areas of program and project management, operational and IT effectiveness, organizational design and change management.
