Ms. Greenstreet is a Managing Director with the Healthcare team. She has extensive Revenue Cycle experience in the management and the completion of revenue cycle improvement initiatives including financial and operational assessments, prioritization of strategic revenue cycle initiatives, and process / tool implementation.
She has also lead the design and development of Navigant's web-based revenue cycle tool suite, GPS Health, which provides workflow, reporting, and productivity tracking across the revenue cycle.
Prior to joining Navigant, Ms. Greenstreet had experience in patient access, patient financial services, and managed care.
