Ms. Grandusky has played an integral role in the development of Navigant's Supply Chain Solutions providing leadership to all Supply Chain staff and engagements. She specializes in healthcare supply chain operations, sourcing, contracting, and product utilization for healthcare providers. With over 20 years of industry and 12 years of consulting experience her expertise spans a variety of providers, including large hospital systems, community hospitals, academic medical centers, and major healthcare manufacturers and distributors. She has assisted clients with supply chain operations improvement, working with physicians and clinicians on standardization and utilization initiatives as well as other interventions that drive millions of dollars out of the bottom line.
