James Gordon is Managing Director and Practice Leader of Navigant's Disputes & Investigations practice in Asia. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Gordon is recognized internationally for his expertise in internal investigations, electronic discovery and computer forensics and was one of the pioneers in investigating computer and cyber-crime.
He has focused his career on conducting and managing complex high stakes litigation and investigations for a diverse group of clients in matters involving: responding to regulatory and governmental inquires; independent investigations for Special Committees; intellectual property disputes, international fraud and money laundering activities; criminal and commercial litigation; product and environmental liability; patent litigation; theft of proprietary information and managing large scale electronic discovery projects. He has conducted complex multi-party investigations and has worked for more than 40 steering committees in matters ranging from a multi-billion dollar bankruptcy proceeding to assisting the national defense coordinating counsel in a multi-billion dollar class action.
