Kara Fleming is a Director on Navigant's Healthcare team with over seventeen years of industry experience in both consulting and operating roles. Her consulting experience, with both providers and payers, is focused on industry differentiated strategies and cost effective operations, with an emphasis on both care management and provider network management. Ms. Fleming's experience spans all phases of an engagement, from strategy development, to healthcare program and operations design, to ongoing program management.
Prior to joining Navigant, Ms. Fleming served in a number of previous roles, including leadership roles in other professional services firms, as well as holding management positions at a national payer and a national PPO network.
