Mr. Flannery is Director in the Disputes & Investigations practice. His practice focuses on business intelligence, due diligence, complex internal fraud investigations, troubled debt recoveries, asset searches and business controls. In Asia, particularly Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia and India, his practice focuses on internal fraud controls, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (US) investigations, Sarbanes-Oxley, employee integrity investigations and due diligence matters.
Mr. Flannery is a former member of the New Zealand police, and includes extensive experience investigating serious crimes including narcotic crime investigations. Almost all enquiries undertaken involved in depth investigation, subsequent analysis followed by successful prosecution. His work was undertaken alongside the New Zealand Crown Solicitors.
