Eileen Felson is a Director in the Disputes & Investigation practice. She has considerable experience with complex litigation matters involving technical accounting, operational accounting, and GAAP and SEC financial reporting issues, including disputes arising from mergers & acquisitions, accountants' malpractice, and other general commercial litigation.
In addition, Ms. Felson has participated in large-scale forensic accounting investigations for audit committees and special committees and has assisted clients with accounting policy analysis and implementation.
Ms. Felson has several years of corporate operational accounting and financial analysis experience with both public and private companies, including several years in the telecommunications industry.
