Mark is an Associate Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice and specializes in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Mark’s experience includes assisting clients and attorneys in conducting investigations, litigation support, calculating damages, and assisting with various regulatory & compliance matters in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mark has assisted clients handling allegations involving the False Claims Act; the Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act; the Anti-Kickback Statute; the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Stark Law. He has presented his findings in front or various government authorities and regulators.
Mark is a frequent lecturer on fraud and abuse matters at several universities. Mr. Farrar is co-author of False Claims Act Case Tracker, a the quarterly publicationdesigned to keep the legal community apprised of False Claims Act (FCA) cases, trends and important legal updates.
