Dr. Andrew Epstein is a Managing Director in Navigant's Healthcare practice and has over 40 years of healthcare industry experience. Dr. Epstein co-leads Navigant’s Clinical and Operational Excellence Practice and leads consulting engagements for boards and executives of academic medical centers, hospitals and integrated health systems, faculty practices, and large physician groups. His particular interest is organizational alignment and operating strategy, with a focus on physician leadership roles.
